Dr. Joe's meditative process involves breaking the habit of being yourself, losing your old mind to create a new one, pruning synaptic connections, unmemorizing past emotions, and reconditioning your body to align with your new mind and emotions.

The practical section of the book provides a step-by-step guide to the meditation and journaling exercises, which are divided into four smaller steps, each explained in detail and practiced for a week.
Week 1
In Week 1, you open the door to your creative state through induction, moving towards a desirable alpha state. This section offers two induction methods: body parts induction and water rising induction. After trying both, I found the water rising method more effective in visualization. Induction focuses on directing your attention to your body's spatial orientation, facilitating access to your subconscious mind while bypassing your thinking brain.
One time I did the induction, I had this amazing out of body experience where I felt so light, like I didn’t have a body and was just floating. I started seeing these bright flashes of light. It was like those scenes of time travel in the movies, very extraordinary. I haven’t been able to experience this again but just doing this part of the meditation puts me in a very relaxed state for the rest of my day.
Week 2
During Week 2, you embark on the journey of pruning away the habit of being yourself, a four-step process involving recognizing the issue, admitting faults and failures to a higher power, and declaring your desire for change.
These two parts of meditation take about 40 min to finish, and it’s a lot. If you are a beginner, you will find it hard to sit for this long. And it is not even close to the full duration of the meditation. But I promise, it is worth it.
Week 3
Week 3, titled "Dismantling the Memory of the Old You," involves observing your old self and identifying limiting beliefs. The game of redirection comes into play, where you consciously interrupt limiting thoughts or behaviors with a simple "change." During this week, I have noticed becoming more aware of how I behave and react in certain situations. For example, when the weather was poor outside, instead of complaining, I would just be grateful for whatever is and find ways to make the best of my time. This week's meditation totals around 50 minutes.
Week 4
Finally, in Week 4, the magic unfolds as you create a new mind for your new future. You unleash your creativity, envisioning the person you wish to become—drawing inspiration from role models and contemplating your ideal behaviors and life. From an elevated state of mind and body, infused with love, joy, and gratitude, you hold this vision in your mind and release it into the quantum field, trusting that it will manifest in unexpected yet undeniable ways.
While this process requires dedication and time, it's immensely rewarding. As you persist, you'll begin to witness synchronicities, new opportunities, and positive changes in your life—signs that your efforts are bearing fruit. Your perspective shifts, and you find beauty and gratitude in every moment. Relationships transform, new friendships emerge, and unexpected blessings flow into your life.
I’ve felt so happy and grateful during the month I’ve followed this meditation. I would walk down the street just feeling like I could burst from joy. I would notice very single thing around me and find beauty in everything. I was grateful for every second of my life. My relationships changed, and I’ve attracted some wonderful new friends. I’ve felt brave and strong, supported by this invisible force that loves me and wants the best for me. I have received some unexpected payments, as well as just being led to the exact things I needed for my healing at that time and better life in general.
